More “Ah Ha!” Insights from Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche in Connecticut

So many of you who attended “The Altruistic Heart” teachings last weekend had profound “ah ha!” insights.  Here are a couple more “ah ha!” quotes from our participants:

I have studied and had teachings on the Four Immeasurables many times over the past 20 years. However, there was something so very special about Rinpoche’s teaching on loving-kindness. It felt as though I was receiving a direct transmission and AHA! the transmission was the affirmation of my own open-heartedness. It’s such a feeling of joy. Thank you.
. . . .
When you truly feel love it goes beyond self. Genuine love is without any expectation. We confuse our love when we place expectation, competitiveness or jealousy on it. There is no need to interpret our love. Just let love be. Let your heart feel it, experience it, enjoy.
You can see Rinpoche in Philadelphia this weekend (May 25).
