In this weekend immersion, we’ll dive deep into the wisdom of the Four Reminders, looking at these essential principles from both traditional and contemporary perspectives. Dennis Hunter is the author of the book “The Four Reminders” which distills these ancient teachings into 21st-century language that’s accessible to anyone, regardless of background or level of study.  This weekend immersion will include talks, guided practices, breakout sessions, and Q&A.

IMG_9998  Dennis Hunter is a meditation teacher, author, and yoga instructor based in Miami, Florida. His approach to teaching is interdisciplinary, blending many years of study in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition with contemporary yoga and breath work, secular mindfulness, sound healing, and influences from numerous spiritual traditions. He began studying meditation and Buddhist philosophy in 2002 with Shambhala, and in 2004 became a student of the Tibetan Buddhist teacher Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche and a founding member of Nalandabodhi New York. From 2009 to 2011 he lived as a Buddhist monk at Gampo Abbey, where he studied and practiced intensively with Pema Chödrön.
​Dennis is a Yoga Alliance-certified RYT-200 yoga teacher with a particular focus on teaching meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and somatic practices that bring students into a deep experience of stillness, inner silence, and awareness. In his teachings and his writings, he is known for demystifying complex ideas and practices, making them simple and relatable for everyday life.
​He is the author of two books: “The Four Reminders: A Simple Buddhist Guide to Living and Dying Without Regret” (2017) and “You Are Buddha: A Guide to Becoming What You Are” (2014).


Early registration costs are given below. Early registration ends on APRIL 15th. Slightly higher prices will apply after that date.

Costs are: Full Weekend – $90 Non-Members  / $80 NB Members; Individual Sessions – $25 Non-Members / $20 NB Members.
