Introduction to Buddhism: The Life of the Buddha and the Spiritual Journey

10:30 am - 12:00 pm

…the better we know our mind and how it works, the greater the possibility that we can free ourselves from the mental states that weigh us down, invisibly wound us, and destroy our ability to be happy. Knowing our mind not only leads to a happy life, it transforms every trace of confusion and wakes us up completely.
–Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, in Rebel Buddha
