Resting and Analytical Meditation - Nalandabodhi Connecticut

Resting and Analytical Meditation

Sun., February 6, 2022
10:30 am - 12:00 pm

In this teaching, originally presented at Nalanda West, Rinpoche begins by explaining the essential nature of Buddhist teachings and the meaning of “Path.” In these talks, Rinpoche teaches us how to walk the path by applying the practices of resting and analytical meditation to work with the challenges that arise on our path. Rinpoche not only teaches the practices, he teaches us how to use these practices to skillfully work with mistakes we make and difficulties that arise on the path. We learn that working with mistakes and challenges is actually the essence of path.

Nalandabodhi Connecticut is offering the video recordings of this teaching online over seven Sundays in January and February. You can obtain the zoom link by sending an email to Patrick Lee (pleedharma@gmail.com)

These talks provide a wonderful introduction to Buddhism and Buddhist practice and a helpful reminder for long-time practitioners. We provide an opportunity at the end of each talk for participants to discuss or ask questions. All are welcome. This is an unrestricted recording.

Please share this information with others who would be interested in these teachings, especially those who are new to Buddhism and those from the younger generation.
