During this four-session weekend program, Mitra Tyler will guide an exploration of the journey of contemplative or analytical meditation — a practice through which the dharma as spoken or written words can truly come alive and become powerful and transformative within our hearts.
We will explore the Buddha’s teachings on such topics as impermanence, emptiness, compassion, and bodhicitta through talks and guided meditations.Â
Referring to special teachings of the great forebear masters of the practice lineages, this program will present abundant opportunities to vibrantly refresh our inspiration or to playfully enter into a process of examining our experience with curiosity and kindness.Â
Beginners and seasoned students alike are welcome!
All times below are Eastern Standard Time (US and Canada). The schedule is subject to change. Please check back for updates.
