The Green Tara practice is a profound vajrayana deity yoga liturgy with a long history in Tibetan Buddhism. The practice of Green Tara can help overcome fear and anxiety, enabling one to open up to one’s own heart of compassion.
The practice is a simple liturgy that includes beautiful chants and songs composed by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche and Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.
The Green Tara practice liturgy will be available for everyone who attends. In addition, the practice will be explained before we start. All are welcome.
We dedicate this practice to healing for suffering by sangha members and their families, personal family and friends, the victims of poverty, illness, violence, and climate change throughout the world — all sentient beings.
