Please join Nalandabodhi Connecticut sangha online (zoom) to view video recordings of teachings by Rinpoche on Lojong Practice (Seven Points of Mind Training) over six Sundays, starting on 2/28/2021.
The Seven Points of Mind Training were brought to Tibet by the great Indian Master Atisha (922-1054 AD) and written down by Chekawa Yeshe Dorje, a Tibetan master in the Kadampa tradition. Rinpoche’s presentation of these lojong teachings is both accessible and profound and includes powerful guided meditation practices. This is perhaps the clearest and most detailed teaching currently available on these classic Mahayana practices.
The format of these online group viewing sessions will allow participant an opportunity to pose questions and discuss together at the end of each talk. Therefore, we encourage participants to jot down any comments or questions they have during the teaching. We aspire for this approach to allow participants who have time to stay to connect and share their experience and insights with each other. We recognize that some participants will need to leave immediately after the talk concludes.
If you miss a talk, contact Pat Lee (email@example.com). He can provide you with a link to the recording.
