Please join us online for our Sunday morning meditation practice of Shamatha (calm abiding or mindfulness meditation). Our meditation is silent, sitting practice, either on a cushion or in a chair. We begin with some chants which express our devotion to following a path of practice, our compassion and loving kindness for sentient beings, and our aspiration to work with and transform our suffering. These chants will appear on our zoom screen.
