Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche Teaching on Eight Verses On Mind Training

Every Monday: July 6th – August 3, 2026

We welcome anyone to drop in between 8 AM and 11 AM for social gathering with coffee, tea snacks. We offer meditation instruction to anyone who expresses interest.

At 11 am we will be showing a recorded video teaching by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche on Eight Verses on Mind Training.  This text provides profound instructions for working with our mind and transforming our interactions. We aspire to positive and meaningful relationships with family and community, and yet often our experience of relationships is characterized by strife and difficulty. If we put these verses into practice, this teaching has the potential to transform our mind and out world. Rinpoche practices with the group several times, providing contemplations that bring the mind training instructions into a formal practice experience.
